The table describes the number of sequences for each region-family:
- The alignment and neighbor joining phylogenetic tree of each region-family were calculated in
GENEIOUS.
- The trees were generated using Tamura-Nei model. Both phylogenetic trees and alignments can be refined in
WASABI with
PAGAN and
PRANK.
